If I am not mistaken you would need custom code for this.

How I'd go about your issue is creating a third template and using update word document to merge the two Word documents into that third Word doc.

1.) Find and gather tokens in the Workflow from the first two documents

2.) Create a third Word Document

3.) Update Word Document tool to update the third with the first two documents values.

I don't think that this might be freezable if you are dealing with different documents every time though.
