We have a customer with a large repository, trying to get all activity that occurred in a given folder and its subfolders in the past year.

We have tried a report in Audit Trail, selecting all activities and filtering by "Full Path like "\Top Folder\Subfolder\Target Folder"" but that ran for two days before we terminated it. Not sure if this is relevant, but the folder we are trying to target has been moved to a different path since the actions that they are looking for (they are looking for actions that took place in "Top Folder\Subfolder\ACTIVE\" but the folder is now in "Top Folder\Subfolder\INACTIVE\").

We also tried running a filter "Parent ID is 12345" but that looks like it only returned actions on the immediate children, not on any subfolders.

Is there a different best practice for getting all actions within a certain folder?

And just out of curiosity, is there a reason that the Full Path Like filter would take so long?
