Client search not working after server migration

The search from a client isnt working. Search index in Laserfiche admin console says status unknown. What should we be looking for here?

Hi Richard,

These are the troubleshooting steps that work for me in most cases

1) Change the service worker to SYSTEM or a domain admin from Local Service, this usually shakes out most issues for us.

2) Check to make sure the service worker has access to the search index's folder path.

3) Delete the search index and re-create it (search will be unavailable while this happens)
