Hello Everyone, 

I am trying to use the Form Extraction feature of QF. It for some medical claim forms. I'm having the hardest time getting it to work. It almost seems like an impossible task. Here is my blank form.

I have this step up as the master form for Form Alignment and Form Extraction. 

Here is an example. I have tried to redact all the personal information but I left some black text.

The way that the White pages explain this feature, I would be able to easily grab the text from this form once the form extraction runs. I however cannot get it to work. Running Test Process does not remove the form. The only time I have seen it work is when I make the master form the same document as my sample. Then I can at least see QF remove everything. 

So the question I have is what can I do to improve this feature? Make them black and white? I tried that and it seemed to have no success. I have tried border padding, border removal, different resolutions. Since there is no message as to why there is not a match or even a confidence level, I have no idea if what I'm doing is helping or hurting. I have no idea why QF does not think these 2 forms match. I have seen other software include confidence levels when matching things. Is there a way to get QF to provide that information to help me set this up correctly?
