Hi Carol,

I've run into this same error message when I'm trying to restore image pages back to a document that has been deleted. Are you trying to restore an entire document or are you restoring individual image pages?

Just a page.

Can you confirm that the document that this page would be restored to still exists in the repository?

I did confirm that it is still in the location that is on the original location.

8.5.2

Darn, I was hoping that would be the issue. When you try to restore the page from the recycle bin, it's probably prompting you for where in the original document you want to restore the page, correct (original location, after last page, before first page, etc)? If you try different options there, do you see any different results?

Sorry, without jumping on your system to look at it, I'm not sure what else to try besides working with your VAR and/or opening a support case.

I was able to log into the server and administration console

Sign into the repository

UCAP

Recycle Bin

Global

Find file

Right click restore

Still not sure why the user couldn't do it.
