Hi Everyone,

I have a plan to separate my 360 Licenses.

Scenario: 

First Server: 300 Licenses no LSAP.

Second Server: 60 Licenses with LSAP.

Questions:

We can do this separation of licenses with one master license?

We can register the 60 licenses to the second server?

What procedure do we make if these possible?

Hi Rafael,

 

Strictly speaking, you can simply renew the LSAP for 60 users, but this will render the remaining 300 users unuseable.

It also depends if this is a capex or subscription system.

 

You'll need to raise this with your Laserfiche account manager, as what is and isn't allowed is dealt with case by case.

 

Probably isn't something to be discussed in a public forum wink
