CMIS Gateway requirements and license

Hi there,

Is it a requirement for the CMIS Gateway that is included in the SDK for the customer to have the Laserfiche Web Client? Also, does the service account that is used in the CMIS need to use a Named license?

The web client is not required. Users need to be authenticated, the service account is not used to log in.

Thanks for the additional information, Miruna. I found the information in the help files that state that the "thinClienturl" value in the config.json is optional. For the application we are using with the CMIS Gateway, the application requires a browser binding url. So, for our situation, it looks like it is a requirement.

My apologies on using the term "service account", we have set up Laserfiche account with the appropriate access to the repository and templates. Does this account need to have a Named User license to send documents to Laserfiche through the CMIS Gateway?
