Hi, we have a very strange situation with one of our users. He has been using the Laserfiche 10.1 client without issue until last week. Using the normal Lf client functionality, he use to be able to find, and then select one of more documents from his search results, and then take the email options and then attach the documents as "copies" toe the email, not LF links. Since last week, this has stopped working, only for the specific user and we are unable to determine if any specific system variables has changed for him. 

We have tried a repair and even a complete un-install and installing a different and newer version of the client. Before the installation of the newer client (10.2.1), we ensure that no LF files were still on his HDD after the un-install of 10.1. 

 

This however still does not resolve the issue. Thinking it might have to to with his user attributes, we even cleared that from his profile. 

His user rights are in-tack and the same as other users in his group that still have the functionality, so for now the problem is on with him. Unfortunately as we still mostly working from home, we are unable to get him to sign into a different PC with his profile to see if the issue follows him.

 

When checking his "Option", there seem to be no "Download" option to be configured, which I assume is part of the issue.

 

We've tried multiple entry types (LF image, pdf, ms word, etc), and all have the same behaviour, the Link options seems to be the only option available and does not allow one to select the copy option in the email Select Attachments window that is opened. 

 

Has anyone encountered this before or have any suggestions on how to resolve this?
