Laserfiche App and Webclient security on Virus intrusions

Hi, 

Just doing some research on security with filtering on virus or potential risks and mitigating any of these going forward. I have seen a few posts on this which I will list below, but would like to know if there are any white papers that has some more information? This is if we were to use the mobile app or web client with a public address over SSL. We also have 2 factor authentication as a extra precautionary measure.
