-Client is using LF connector to capture field value from Sap 9 application.

-LF connector is using OCR to capture the value

-Two computers have no problem capturing correct values

-LF connector on one of the PCs is having issue capturing correct values from the OCR zone.   We have changed the resolution on the PC and font tyep/size in SAP application with no fix.    

I am not sure what is causing the problem.     The only thing they have't tried using another monitor.     Has anyone exprience this issue?  

I am trying to undrestand how OCR is scraping the values form the application.   a) is it reading the what you see on the monitor?   is it scraping the image from Video card? , or is it capturing the values on code level?

I would appreaciate some help on this.
