Email approvals in Forms utilizes IMAP. Our Client and others will want to continue to utilize email approvals in Forms even after Microsoft retires basic authentication on Early 2021. Is there an alternative to basic authentication for email approvals in Forms? How is Laserfiche addressing this?

Background: In early 2021, Microsoft is retiring basic authentication as an authentication capability for utilizing Exchange Web Services (EWS), Exchange Active Sync (EAS), Post Office Protocol (POP), Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP), and Remote PowerShell (RPS) in Exchange Online services.

Our Client needs to identify and remediate applications which integrate with these Exchange online services and use Basic Authentication as the authentication service prior to its retirement by Microsoft.
