PhotoDocs Error

When I try to reprocess more than one document with PhotoDocs the application crashes.  It works when selecting a single document.  I'm running the latest version of the Laserfiche client 10.4.3_20201014 on Windows 10 Enterprise 2004 (19041.572).

Hi Rob,

Are you trying to process multiple color documents? If so, we have a bug filed for this issue. The bug ID is 274546.

Yes Alexander, it is when processing multiple color documents.  I'm trying to convert them to grayscale to save space.  Is there a link where I can reference the bug?  Thanks for the response.

So, I've found that downgrading all the way to 10.2 seems to resolve this issue.

Quick update on this, according to this article, photodocs is now end of life and end of support. End of support was May 1st 2021, unless I've misread the article.
