I want to start by reiterating how useful the heatmap is. We're using it all the time - and the business process managers love it.

One tiny feature/enhancement request would be to add support for non-user task steps like the Timer/Delay. In the example below, if a task can't be completed immediately, we provide the user with the ability to "Hibernate" the task until a future date that they set.

Is there any chance we can get visibility of "non-tasks" that are active in parts of the heat map?

[Example] Click on the date/time activity (S10 Hibernation Task) and see a list of all instances that are currently "in progress" (aka hibernated) at this step. Extra brownie points and a gold star if we can list the instances by time remaining!
