Very Slow Volume Decryption

Hi,

We are attempting to decrypt a Laserfiche volume. One of the Volumes is 14.66 GB. It is day 5 now and at 57%. Is there anything that can be done to speed this process up.

I have paused the AV on the machine that it is running. This is Windows 7 machine, 8GB RAM.

Any ideas?

Hi Karim,

 

I've had strange things like this before if the volume you're trying to decrypt has checked out documents. Have a look into that.

Thanks Chris. I will look into. 

The volumes that we are trying to decrypt are from the Laserfiche Plus disc if that makes any difference.

Don't think that should make any difference. Check the SQL server for deadlocks or errors.

 

I would suggest opening a case with support if you don't get it sorted.
