Hello Team,

I want to know if there is a way for me to print or show the metadata values on a document. The customer has got an approval process which has been designed on Laserfiche forms, so whenever the managers are given a document for approval, the document is viewed on Laserfiche Forms in an iframe, the manager types in a comment field and provides his approval. However when it comes to office administrators they are able to view the comment in the metadata but when it comes to those manual workers to see the approval of the manager who are not on Laserfiche, the office admin needs to screen shot the comments from the metadata, attach same with the document then print to show same to the manual workers.

We want to know if there is a way for them to have the comments of the metadata on the document automatically instead of screen shot, print and show them. Also, the comments should not be in editable mode.
