Drag and Drop entries not working

Hi everyone!

A user on Laserfiche 10.3.1.502 is unable to drag and drop files from one folder to another.

The entries selection works fine, however, when the selected documents are hovering the destination folder, nothing happens.

The same process with right-clicking the entries works fine, as the options available are displayed. Selecting "Move Here" moves the entries. So it is not a permissions issue.

After restarting Laserfiche and the machine the problem persists. Any idea how to fix this?

Hi Chris,

It is just for this one user and when other users logged in, they were able to drag and drop normally.

After restoring the settings to default, it worked again... but I am not sure which setting was creating this behavior.

Hi Paulo,

 

Is this just for one user, or all users?

 

If you login as a different user on the affected machine, does the issue persist?

Hi Chris,

It is just for this one user and when other users logged in, they were able to drag and drop normally.
