While in the Weblink Designer and customizing the welcome page, I want to remove the "Text" line below the Title.  Whenever I remove the text and click save, the default text comes back.  I can change the text to something else and click save and this new text is shown in the box. 

How can I make the "Text" blank and not have the default text come back?  Also, where is this text stored?  I don't see any file changes listed in the web files folder for weblink site.
