New search repository and assign rights workflow activities
Create more powerful workflows with new activities to search for content within the repository and assign specific access rights for entries.
Expanded design features for form-based business processes
More efficiently design form-based processes using an enhanced drag-and-drop layout form designer, a new service task to run pre-defined rules such as decision tables, and a process promotion tool to support smooth import of process designs from other Laserfiche systems.
Repository user experience enhancements
More easily work across the repository with the ability to batch print documents of certain file types, including TIFF, PDF and Word, together at once and the ability to view saved photo files (e.g., .JPG, .GIF, .BMP, .PNG) as thumbnails while browsing a folder.
Survey reporting and process monitor usability improvements
More conveniently analyze survey data with the ability to export survey reports as a single PDF, check and filter process instances across multiple processes at once through the process monitor view and more.
Audit Trail Reporting user interface updates
Use an improved Audit Trail Reporting UI to more intuitively create reports on repository user actions and events.
Expanded Ellucian Banner integration through Ethos
Expands support for pre-populating Laserfiche forms and updating records in Banner with added fields for changing major/minor, further accelerating forms processing to improve the student experience. Learn more.
Laserfiche API Preview
The Laserfiche API is a set of modern web APIs that includes publicly accessible documentation and reference material to allow organizations to more easily build custom integrations between Laserfiche Cloud and other third-party applications. The initial release will be available as a preview for solution providers to check out the APIs and share feedback. Customers also have access to the APIs upon request during the preview period.
