Feature Request - Forms Data Source Report

I would like to be able to run a report that can be exported to a PDF or Excel from the Administration-> Data Sources page that would list all of the Data Sources configured, their data, and the Forms processes that use them. This would help a lot when performing system migrations.

Currently you should be able to generate such report from database directly with some queries.

True, but that involves getting a DBA involved for certain clients. We need the report to come from the Forms interface.

The system migration you refer to is migrate Forms from one machine to another machine? And you need this because you need to know what ODBC drivers you need to setup on the other machine?

I've tried crafting these kinds of queries myself, but the Forms database is quite complex. I ended up creating a select with several joins, and the data it produced was inaccurate.
