I am once again filling out a request for more space on our Cloud implementaion of Rio 10.4 and I know before my boss approves this, he will ask me why it is growing so fast and what can we do to slow it down or even reduce the size.

I have searched this topic several times and am left wanting a better answer, so I am asking if anyone has a good strategy (or any strategy) I would love to hear about it.

I assume I am not the only person with this question, so hopefully we get a valuable discourse on this topic going.
