Hi Chad,

I can replicate this only with the SupportUser and ProcessAutomationUser; right-clicking either of those 2 doesn't give me the option to enable (have to click the username and enable from there), but for other disabled accounts, I do have the option to enable. Any chance this is only the SupportUser or ProcessAutomationUser giving you issues?

It was SupportUser, thanks! I didn't even know how it got inactivated until I was able to activate, it forces setting a short expiration on the account.

I thought SupportUser was like Admin, which can never be disabled, deleted, and does not require a license.

It's been a bit of a pain for me, too, but I just try to make a point of making sure someone at the client organization is trained to know how to enable that SupportUser for me if they need me to do something. Took me forever to figure out the first time that I needed to click on the actual username, rather than check the box next to it and find the option to enable from there.

Glad that worked!

Actually now that I see how to do it, I found that using a single full licensed user at our VAR level, we can enable the SupportUser at each client level.
