Question

Form Printing issues

asked on October 8, 2020

Good day hope everyone is well! I asked a previous question about inserting a picture in a form which was answered and got that done and it works, so that is great! However, now when I complete the process (so not in preview mode) the page prints out with 1.5 inch margins on the sides and 2.5 inches on the top and bottom. f have gone into Form settings and adjusted the pixels as well as adjusting margins to small all to no effect. The form continues to print as stated above any suggestions on how to get this fixed?

Did the form print normally without the embedded picture? You might need to adjust the CSS you used to style the embedded image.

I am not sure but will check if I remove what action that has. Here is the CSS used

.customImage img{width:100%}

I removed the CSS and it made no difference in printing.

Hi Wes,

Which version of Forms are you on? There are some known issues that generated pdf looks different with preview form before 10.4.3.

Forms has introduced new tool for better pdf generation in 10.4.3. You can try with latest Forms if possible.
