I am working with a customer who we are trying to pull an AT Report for and we are using Event Type Categories: Entry, Export Print, and View along with a Event Filter- Entry name is like, providing a case number, that is the Entry Name and the reports returns no hits.

We modify the Entry Name Filter and just put in a partial, still no hit.

If we search by Entry ID, we do get a hit, but there are close to 40 docs with this Case Number and we would like to be able to put in the Case Number and pull all entries at once.
