My customer is having an issue with the Forms upload button when using web mail.  Using Chrome version 85.0 if I drag an email from my Office 365 on-line inbox to the forms upload button - nothing happens.  I tried the same thing using my Outlook client and it works.  Is this a known issue and is there a solution?
