Hello all,

This feature request is based on my current version of Web Client.  I did a little searching on Answers and didn't see any posts about my request and it could be available on a later version.

If it is not already on the product road map can we get the ability to go to a previously saved search and share it with more groups and can we share with just users?

Right now I can save a search and share the search with the groups of my choosing at the time I save it.  I want the ability to go back and share it with more groups without creating a new search.

Use Case - I recently created a search that I saved and shared with a small group for testing of a new process.  Now I have a second group of people that need to test the process.  I can't go back and just add them to my list of groups.

I either have to create a new search and call it something else, or I have to delete (or rename) the original search, recreate it again, and save it as a new search.  When I choose "Replace an existing search", it does not give me the option to share the search again.

I am not sure how it shows up for a group I shared it with if I rename the original search and create a new one with the original name.
