Sometimes the activity of updating word to PDF on occasions generates the following error. Update Word Document Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

There is an entry and the electronic document that is referenced in the word update is downloadedThere is an entry and the electronic document that is referenced in the word update is downloaded.

The error is not always generated.

Please open a support case and attach the sample document and the contents of the Logs folder (from Workflow's install directory).
