Word document not opening in web client.

Hi all,

I have an issue opening the word document in laserfiche web client. The other formats are working fine.

Below is the screenshot i get while trying to open a word document. Please help me out in solving this. TIA

The screenshot indicates that an error has occurred. There should be more information in the event viewer on the web server.

Hi Lokesh,

How was this issue resolved? I am getting the same error when i upgraded to Laserfiche 12 recently.
