Workflow Cloud - How do I generate links to documents?

In workflow we used to have an activity called Generate Laserfiche Web Client URLS. This would generate a link to the document being referenced, so that the user could look at the document without being asked to go search the repository for it.

I don't see any way to do this in Cloud.

Hi Chad,

I haven't actually used this functionality, but I stumbled across it once. The Find Entry activity has a checkbox at the bottom of the Properties pane that allows you to generate a URL to the document that can then be used as a token in an email (or however you want to use it).

Does that sound like what you might be looking for?

Thanks Jacob! That will work as well, I have always used the Create Web URLs activity and never noticed this way of doing it.

That's how I've always done it, too. I don't believe this is something the Find Entry activity does in on-prem Workflow.
