Weblink 10.2- Ability to Drag and Drop to Desktop

Hello, 

We recently upgraded a customer from WL9 to WL 10.2.

Customer states they were able to drag/drop to their desktop in WL9 and it would create the PDF.

In WL 10.2 when drag/drop to the desktop is tried, all you get is a URL Custom search link.

Is there a setting that would allow for drag/drop of document to the Desktop in WL 10.2?

This is Internal WL for the customer and they auto-login with Windows Auth.

There has never been any special functionality for dragging out of the browser, I'm not sure that's even something browsers let us control. What might have happened is that it was always a link, but the link they got went straight to the document view that they wanted? From the mention of custom search, I'm guessing what they are dragging is one of the results of a custom search?

Yes, I believe they are dragging one result from a search.
