LF Windows Client 10.2.4.1

I have a User who's security is set exactly the same as another user. One can combine files in the windows client and one cannot. Have tried restoring the client settings to default. Still no luck. User is getting Error 9013 Access Denied. Has anyone encountered this issue?

I had something similar occur and never figured it out. I just deleted the user and re-added it and it was resolved.

By "combine files", do you mean moving the pages from one document into another? In addition to the access rights on the entries, there may be volume rights that come into play if the documents are on different volumes. If you've checked both, you might work with your Solution Provider to open a support case.

Yes they are taking multiple files in their client folder and combining into one. Same file type and same volume security. Thanks Brian, I'll contact our provider. Just checking to see if there might be a quick solution before I get them involved.

You will also want to check security tags and group member ships.
