Emailing Documents via Direct Share...Having my Name on the Email

I like sending documents from the cloud in an email via Direct Share. What I have discovered is my client or person I am sending the email to thinks it is spam because the email shows....donotoreply@laserfiche.com.

How or can I have my name / company name represented so the email is not ignored.

Thanks for the feedback Tim! I've passed it along to the team, that's a very good point. It seems like we should be able to provide a more user-friendly display name there. 

Please let me know if you have any other feedback, or if you have interest in discussing your experiences and thoughts on direct share directly!

As another cloud customer, seconding this request! Having a more user-friendly display name would be great both when using Direct Share and when just using the regular Share via email function.
