How do I add Forms file uploads to an email in workflow?

I've been having some issues attaching documents that are uploaded to forms and being attached to an email that is being sent out to an external email address.  When running through the workflow, the error I receive is "The file cannot be found".  It was working before but it just suddenly stopped a few days ago.

Hi Armando,

If this suddenly stopped working, the first thing I would check is if Workflow is still referencing the correct file upload field from the form. It seems unlikely, but with that error indicating that it's not finding any files from the form, my first thought is that the file upload field on the form changed and the workflow isn't looking for the right forms variable anymore. Subsequently, you'd need to change your "1 or more forms uploads" decision branch to look at the new correct token, as well as which set of files your For Each File activity is running on.

Hello!  Thank you for the response.  I did try everything you mentioned and I still get the error.  Nothing has changed on the Forms end or the Workflow so it's just kind of odd for it to not work.

That is really odd. Can you post a screenshot of the Properties pane of your For Each File activity?
