End of support: Laserfiche 11

With the release of Laserfiche 11, we'll be permanently removing the support for Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 and Windows 8. End of support means that, with the release of Laserfiche 11, you will not be able to install Laserfiche 11 on servers or workstations running any of the listed operating systems.

If you are currently running a lower version of Laserfiche on one of these operating systems, you will not be able to upgrade to Laserfiche 11 without first upgrading the operating system.

The following operating systems will continue to be supported:

  • Workstation: Windows 8.1, Windows 10
  • Server: Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019

As a reminder, Laserfiche 11 will no longer support Oracle storage. For further information, please view the end-of-life announcement here.

We're making this decision to reduce testing and support, as well as to speed up our ability to deliver new features. For more information about the Laserfiche End-of-Life Policy, visit the Product Announcements Group.
