I have a collection in a form and it has checkbox. I have the data for that in a database. How do I prepopulate using lookup rules for collection?

Any update please? I have a list of checkboxes in a collection and values are stored in database. I am able to get the value from database via lookup. How do I use Javascript to prepopulate checked value for those checkboxes in collection?
