Forms 'BLPist' was not found

We recently upgraded Forms from 10.2 to 10.4.4.444 and since then some links within emails users receive no longer work. 

Example: http://lfforms01/Forms/bp/listing/21#/instances

When the user clicks the link they get the following:

Looking at the Event Viewer, the following error is present:

An unexpected error has occurred. [LFF502-UnexpectedError]

I cannot find any reference to BPList on the Forms server.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

The end user need to be either process admin or business manager of the process(configured from Access Rights page of the process) in order to see the instances of the process.

The URL you bookmarked for Forms 10.2 is no longer valid in Forms 10.4.4. You can go to Manage page and search for your process and click "Monitor" to open the instances list for your process. Or you can use http://lfforms01/Forms/Home/ProcessMonitoring#/monitoring/instances/process?process=21 instead.

Thanks for the information.  While the link works for me (I'm an admin), the link does not work for the end-users that receive the link.  When the user clicked on the link, it returns the following:
