Number of Forms Instance that went though a specific step?

A Client of ours would like to be able to report on how many Forms went through a specific step in the overall process by their instance ID.

Currently, the report only shows current and end step, not information on whether or not the Form went through a certain step at some point in the lifecycle.

 

Any ideas?

Have you checked the built-in reports from the insights tab? The Process Overview report can show the Tasks(user task) finished within a certain time duration.
