PublicPortalUser has not been granted any rights to the repository.

I am getting this message when trying to use the public portal.

I check the user's rights and they have all kinds of rights

 

I check the folder access rights and they have access

Have you allowed the PublicPortalUser access from the Menu -> Account page? I almost always forget to do that.

How strange, I was looking at the user account but the option to allow access to the repository was not even available under Repository Administration > Users. I clicked Menu > Account and then the option was there.

Please open a support case so we can look at this specific customer's logs.
