Forms Auditing- Ability to see if a user added themselves to a Forms Group

posted on September 4, 2020

Hello,

We have a customer who is looking to see if there is a way in Forms to audit a user to see if they were added to a Forms Group at one time.

I do not see the ability in Audit Trail to do this.

I am wondering if there is the ability to query SQL for this?

Appreciate the Feedback,

Jeff Curtis

You can check the data in [team_members] table of Forms database, [date_updated],[updated_by_snapshotid] will record who add the user at what time to the team. The user_id maps the id in the cf_users table, the team_id maps the id in the teams table, the updated_by_snapshotid maps [cf_user_snapshot]

Hello Xiuhong,

Thank you for the reply.

I believe it would be Teams, they are looking to see if there is any audit information, in Forms, regarding User adds/deletes.

Appreciate your feedback,

Jeff Curtis

Do you mean Forms Group or Team added in Forms? Forms grabs the groups from external resources such as Laserfiche Server, Active Directory, Laserfiche Directory Server, only teams are defined in Forms iteself.
