Two-factor Authentication - Forms/WF SMTP

Hi,

Is there anyway that SMTP in Forms/WF can be configured with an email that utilizes two-factor authentication?

The email functionality in both Forms and Workflow runs on the server-side, so there is no user session to show a prompt for extra authentication.
