FORMS: Save as a draft link

I have a (Public) user that saved a form as a draft (a year ago) and would like to finish the form now. 

 

Questions: 

  1. Can I find/ resend this link to them?
  2. How long are the links good for

The links are good as long as the draft the public user saved is still the latest copy of the form. If you've changed the form since they've saved their draft, they might be submitting a stale copy which won't work. If you are on Forms 10.4.4, the submission error experience is better and it will let the user grab the latest copy of the form without forcing them to refill everything out. 

The link was sent to them when the draft was saved, but it is not accessible from your side.

Thank you! I believe we have made changes to the form in the course of a year. I will recommend they just start with a fresh form.
