Process Admin Rights

Hi,

I am the process admin in our Forms Portal for all forms created by me. If we want someone else to be a process admin to create other forms; is it possible to lock that person out of seeing the ones created by me?

You can give them the "Process Creator" privilege. It will let them create their own forms without having global access.

You can add user to be process admin of specific process already created, they can edit this process such as change the process diagram or add new form, but they will not be able to see other processes they are not process admin. For process creator, this is system level role which allow user to create new process with new form and the creator will be process admin of the process they created automatically.
