The recycle bin is enabled on cloud repositories, so deleted items should be available for 30 days. Are there use cases beyond deletion that you are interested in?
What we are looking for is setting backups that we can restore from if there is an issue where someone makes an update. For instance, if someone accidentally changes a folder name at a high level. We have a renaming function that runs though all the sub folders.

We don't have plans to allow customers to manage their own backups.
Just to confirm the Recycle Bin for Laserfiche Cloud is hard coded to 30 days?
William, as far as I know, that is correct.
If there's no way to create backup sets, is there a way to download directories so they can be backed up separately?
This is a big issue since it means you can't store critical documents that need to have a retention period longer than 30 days....
Hey, I am noticing that you can now set the limit higher than 30 days. Can Laserfiche confirm the max age limit of the recycle bin?
