Exporting Reports in Strange Formats

When I try to export a report that I've built, weird things happen...

When I try to export it as a .xlsx file type, the file exports correctly but with a file size of 0 kb.
When I try to export it as a .csv file type, it saves it as a .ashx file type, which 1) I have never heard of before, and 2) my PC doesn't know how to open. I read online that it helps to rename the file type to .pdf, but that just generated a 0 kb pdf file instead.

Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong?

The file size 0 indicate there is some problem when generating the report. Can you check whether there is any error in the event log(Applications and Services Logs->Laserfiche->Forms->App->Admin/Operational)? Are you able to download the report if you test with a simple process with only a few fields?
