LF forms Report - automatically update Report before sending out.

I created a report table to be sent out to users that shows a running total by 8 pm each night.  How do i get the report to automatically update the report before sending out the numbers?  it seems like LF forms report only sends out a snapshot of when you last update the report.

You should use the report schedules feature. A report schedule will schedule a report to be sent out to selected users/emails at the time you configure. It will always grab an updated run of the report instead of using a saved snapshot.
