Hi Prashantha,

You need to have a valid SSL certificate bind to your WA.

I can reproduce the same error in my case using http instead of https.

Where I have a valid SSL the document preview correctly and using http result in the same error you have.

What are the steps to had a valid SSL certificate in my Web Access??

The server must deliver a certificate?

you have to configurate it on the IIS?

Depending on how you have configure your system and how users access it, you can use a self-signed certificate and bind it to your web applications.
