Hi Everyone,

I have Laserfiche Web 10.4 users who are on Windows 10 with Office Integration but are unable to open their Excel lists from Laserfiche folder . We downgraded one of them to be on Office 16 but still unable to open the Excel list on the folder. One error complains about:

And the error looks like this attachment. 

Now we have users whose Office tools do not have Laserfiche Add-Ins functioning properly. One minute it gets activated and the next minute it disappears. This then leads to them being unable to utilize the Laserfiche tab on all Office tools; by saving their documents into Laserfiche. I have attached some error messages generated by the system; which leads to them being unable to access their Office documents. Please assist.
