Hello again friends,

In some of our forms business processes we use a Workflow Activity to wait until some external conditions to be met before a process can proceed. Specifically, we are waiting for documentation to arrive in a folder with a specific meta data template assigned to it. Simple stuff.

However, for some reason, I can't seem to find a way to report on the duration the Workflow Activity took to complete. Interestingly it is a known variable within the Monitoring History "audit trail", but I can't figure out how to build a report or get insights on how long this external workflow takes to complete.

I'm keen on getting this information into our reports as it is a measurable KPI for another team.. But it seems that's only really possible if it is a "task".

Has anyone found a way to get that information into a report or the insights tools without resorting to running a benign task in parallel with a signal throw event?
