I was looking through answers post and Laserfiche blogs but I wanted to confirm what is functional with Laserfiche Connector and Laserfiche Cloud. I understand the profiles would have the connection profiles for Laserfiche Cloud, however what would be the limitations. Are the profiles on users workstations forced to have their credentials requested if not saved? Is there a difference in URL structure for Web Clients given that it is in the Laserfiche Cloud environment. If someone could provide a run down of what and what cannot be done it would be helpful. Thanks!

Laserfiche Connector with cloud functionality list

What are you trying to design? Laserfiche Connector works with Laserfiche Cloud. For example, similar to on-prem web client, users can search a document in Cloud using Connector by setting URL like https://webaccess.laserfiche.com/laserfiche and your repository ID in the format r-xxxxxxxx.
Is there any kind of decent documentation for how to configure different types of profiles in Connector to work with Cloud? For example, I can't figure out how to set up a profile to Scan a document using Connector and Cloud. It seems fairly complex to get the right settings for the repository, etc. Looking through the online documentation hasn't really yielded any help.
To set up a Connector profile for Cloud, the only difference should be in how you specify the repository. However, the format for cloud URLs has changed to: https://app.laserfiche.com/laserfiche/ since Tianxia's post. (The help documentation will be updated shortly.)
So, to scan into a Laserfiche Cloud repository, select to "Scan documents or pages" into "the Laserfiche web client" on the first page of the wizard. Then on the repository step of the wizard, use this URL: https://app.laserfiche.com/laserfiche/ and your repository ID in the format r-xxxxxxxx.
When Connector launches desktop scanning, it will prompt you to enter your Laserfiche Cloud credentials and you should be off and running.
Does that help?
That helps a great deal. Thank you!
A word to the wise:
We found a really weird little quick in the screen shot above - when we created the profile without the final trailing slash, exactly as shown, it opened the browser to the Cloud repo, but did not execute a search. When we added the final slash, as shown in the text above:(https://app.laserfiche.com/laserfiche/) it worked perfectly.
Then when we opened the profile it displayed exactly as shown, in the screen shot, removing the trailing slash.
