If you leave the Forms / File Upload / Basic, File upload limit field blank, is there no limit? Is there a default limit, like 32,768 or 3?

When the file upload limit is blank, it means there is no limit. The maximum files that you can upload is the maximum value of int which is 2,147,483,647.
