Can we have another instance of Quick Field Agent installed and running to load balance the process?

Hello

I have a client that is running variety of Quick Field sessions. He has setup Quick Field Agent that monitors and runs the sessions. He is having intermittent issue and QF Agent stops. It works when he restarts the servers.

He is thinking of adding another Quick Field Application application and split the task of scheduling and running the QF sessions between two Quick Field Agents.

Based on what I was told you can only have license to one QF Agent with on Rio. What is the best way to approach this.

I would appreciate your help on this. Any ideas or alternative suggestion are welcomes. Thank you

Yes, Quick Fields Agent is an add-on to Quick Fields, it does not run on its own.

In Rio, Quick Fields Agent is licensed per workstation. You can install it on as many machines as the licenses purchased.

Thank you Miruna , I think Quick Field Agent ties into QF license. Does client need to purchase additonal QF license in addition to QF Agent lincese?
